Transformation was founded in 2002 by me, Shannon, with help, encouragement, and insight from my husband, Travis. Travis previously worked full time in media sales and I came from a bank management background. Together, we each used our marketing knowledge and project management skills to create Transformation Marketing. We found that our common sense approach and the honest relationships we built were the start of something great. In the beginning, most of our clients worked with us for media services, but the agency grew, and we now offer a full line of services including graphic design, website development, tv and radio production, online marketing, and consulting services.

With this expansion came an increased need for talent. In 2007, Travis joined the company full time, furthering its growth. In October 2011, we bought our current building and moved in March of 2012. We added on another six offices the following year and filled the additional space with more team members.

Through the years, we have gained many clients, but the exciting part of our story is that we have a client retention rate 14x greater than the industry average. You’ll love us….you’ll really love us.
