We are officially moved into our new building! Thank you all for your support and interest in the progress of this process! With any new office, there is of course, a few more things we would like to get done, but we are so thrilled to be in our new offices!
Everything looks wonderful and we couldn’t be happier. So, thank you to all who helped make this possible for us!

The painting was finished last week along with the trim. The doors are all installed and the counter tops for our desk, done by Hue Decorative Finishes, are here! Today, they began carpeting and later this week, we will move the furniture in. We should be able to move equipment in over the weekend and be all moved in by Monday. Of course there are a couple more last minute touch-ups that will need to be done after that, but by the end of the week next week, we should be in our new “home”!
We are so eager to get in and begin enjoying our new offices. There will be many exciting announcements to come over the next couple of weeks! We can’t wait to share them all with you!

Looking back to the pictures taken 12 weeks ago, it’s hard to believe the “Transformation” that this building has experienced. Over the last couple weeks, the drywall has been finished, the walls were primed, and are now being painted by Hue Decorative Finishes. By this time next week, we’ll have started carpeting and if everything goes as planned, by this time next month, we’ll be moving into our new office building. We are thrilled with how the building is turning out and are anxious to get in!

Over the last several weeks, we’ve been hard at work with electrical, cabling and insulation. The building now has electricity and heat. (Again, just in time for those working, as it has begun to get cold.) The middle of this week, we began drywall.
We have been so blessed with the weather this “winter”. It’s been so nice and it seems the only times it gets bad is when we’re ready for it to.

Although the outside of our building it virtually complete, we still have a lot of work to do on the inside before we are ready to move in. Rigid Pines is still working hard to get our building done in a very timely fashion. This week, we are working on duct work and insulation. We are also picking out carpeting, paint and office furniture while this process continues, but we will make you wait to see those details when we have the finished product!

The weather this week didn’t slow Rigid Pines down! They have finished siding the building and not a moment too soon. It looks like winter has arrived. Luckily, the outside of the building is finished and it’s mostly indoor work from here on out. We are getting so excited to move into our new home. It seems like it was just yesterday that we closed on the building.

This week they are working on putting windows in and residing the building. The outside will be complete very soon! Again, we could not be more excited about the progress we’ve seen thus far on the building. Our dream is becoming more of a reality with each day. We are so looking forward to the finished product and can already picture what it’s going to look like.

For those who miss our last blog on this, Transformation Marketing has purchased the old Fire Barn in Panama. We are currently remodeling it for our new office building. We are on week three of the progress and this week, the progress has been phenomenal.
The roof was the first project for this week. The old metal roof was replaced by a sturdier roof and then shingled. This is already giving our building a new look. The second project was the interior walls. All the offices were mapped out and the framework is now completely done! We are already able to picture how everything is going to look and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the speed of the progress so far as well as the way it is all coming together.

That’s it folks! We have outgrown the space we have now. So, after months of searching and paperwork, we have found what we hope to be the perfect new home for Transformation Marketing… Just one door down. We have purchased the old fire barn in Panama, Nebraska, located just one building over from the bank we currently have offices in.
Now, as you can tell from the name, this isn’t an office building. Over the next couple of months, we have a lot of work to do to our new building before we move in. But as excited as we are, we wanted to share the journey with our clients and readers. Our first step is to redo some of the flooring and walls.
